This page explains how VAST Visual handles shipping and returns when making a purchase directly from vastmanga.com.
Order processing
Orders are packed and shipped from San Diego, California within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the listed release date. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together unless you ask us to split it.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and are shown before you pay.
Delivery estimates begin when the package leaves our warehouse, not when the order is placed. They are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is refused at customs or returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the cost of the items less shipping once it arrives back at our warehouse. We are not responsible for shipments seized or destroyed by customs.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, or for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Address changes can only be made before an order ships.
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days on a domestic order, or 30 calendar days on an international order, contact our support team and we will open a carrier claim or send a replacement.
If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. At our discretion we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns
You may return unopened, undamaged physical items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price of the item. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
To start a return, email our support team with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be processed.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Books that have been opened, read, marked, or otherwise show use, if the item was shrink-wrapped or otherwise sealed
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. We will email you when the refund is issued.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before the release date. Email our support team with your order number.
